1. Information we collect

Website contact form — When you submit an inquiry on our site, we may collect your name, mobile number, and event details (date, venue, items needed, and related message text).

Facebook Messenger — When you message our Facebook Page, we may receive your message content, the date and time of messages, a Facebook Page-Scoped ID (PSID), and your first and last name when available through Meta’s platform.

Website analytics — We use Google Analytics to understand general site traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Analytics data is processed according to Google’s Privacy Policy.

Phone calls — If you call us, we may keep notes from the conversation for quoting and booking purposes.

2. How we use information

• Respond to rental inquiries and provide quotes
• Manage bookings, delivery, setup, and customer follow-up
• Operate our internal booking and inquiry records
• Improve our website and customer service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Where data is stored

Inquiry and booking information may be stored in secure cloud services we use to run our business, including Google Workspace (spreadsheets and related automation) and our rental management systems. Access is limited to authorized staff who need it for operations.

4. Sharing with service providers

We may share data with service providers that help us operate our business (for example: website hosting, messaging infrastructure, analytics, and notification services). These providers process data only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by Philippine law or a valid legal request.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed for business operations, customer support, accounting, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required.

6. Your rights and data deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To make a request:

• Message us on Facebook Messenger with the subject “Data request”, or
• Call 0948 512 1132, or
• Submit a request via our contact form describing what you want deleted or corrected.

We will verify your identity in a reasonable way (for example, by confirming the phone number or Messenger thread associated with your inquiry) and respond within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.

Note: We may retain certain records where required for tax, accounting, or dispute resolution even after a deletion request.

7. Meta / Facebook

Our Messenger channel uses Meta’s platform. Meta’s own policies apply to your use of Facebook and Messenger: Meta Privacy Policy. We receive Messenger data only as described in this policy to operate our rental business.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are directed to adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our website or Messenger after changes means you accept the updated policy.
